The way of elbow is often affected by the indoor space of decorated ceiling and the direct passage of pipeline, and the connection way of elbow can not be defined, Temporary accurate measurement and large processing volume on the spot are unfavorable to the construction rate and bridge installation quality management.

本施工技术性在传统式桥架连接工艺基础上开展推进与改进，运用桥架两边挡雨板为轴，弯曲成所需视角后运用螺钉固定不动，实现当场各种桥架弯曲连接规定，提升桥架连接施工品质和施工高 效率。

（1）桥架连接弯头设计

在管综深化设计过程中利用深化设计模型对桥架弯头数量、角度进行统计分析与汇总，并确定桥架连接圆弧部位固定孔分部及个数，根据统计清单集中加工制作

桥架连接角度确定与侧面封板、底面封板固定

1）确定桥架连接角度，通过连接中 心螺栓为轴进行角度调节；

2）角度确定后采用桥架弯头侧面圆形封板连接外圆四个螺栓进行固定；

3）安装底边连板时，先要将底边连板弯曲成与弯头一致视角后，再用螺钉拧紧。
