从三方面讲解梯级式电缆桥架安装事项

一:托臂装置完后,即可停止梯式直通桥架的装置。
1: After the bracket device is completed, the device of ladder type straight bridge can be stopped.
⑴桥架经过固定压片、托臂挡板和螺栓固定在托臂上,两个桥架之间经过衔接片和螺栓衔接,留意螺栓的螺帽应装在桥架外侧。
(1) the bridge is fixed on the bracket through the fixed pressing plate, bracket baffle and bolts. The two bridges are connected through the connecting plate and bolts. Note that the nut of the bolt should be installed outside the bridge.
⑵多层桥架装置,从上到下顺次装置。

⑶直线段每装置超越30米桥架后设置一处伸缩节,用伸缩衔接板相连。

⑷每隔20米将桥架用厂家提供的接地铜编织带与☆接地支线相连,两节桥架之间用一根接地铜编织带(4mm2,L=100mm)相连。

⑸桥架装置应结实,横平竖直,直线段走向的桥架左右偏向不大于10mm,上下偏向不大于5mm。
(5) the bridge device shall be solid, horizontal and vertical, and the left-right deviation of the bridge in the straight section shall not be greater than 10mm, and the upper and lower deviation shall not be greater than 5mm.
二:桥架转弯处经过弯通衔接,弯曲半径不应小于该处桥架上的电缆小允许弯曲半径。

⑴转弯处电缆桥架在装置时应在弯头两侧1m处各装置一个托臂,为避免转弯处桥架弯头倾斜,可在桥架另一侧加一个托臂加以固定;
(1) when installing the cable tray at the turn, a bracket should be installed at 1m on both sides of the elbow. In order to avoid the inclination of the cable tray elbow at the turn, a bracket can be added on the other side of the cable tray to fix it;
⑵当桥架宽度>300mm时,在非直线段中部还应增设一个支吊架。

⑶需求避让机电管路的部位以及廊道转角处、?楼梯坡度转折处等特殊部位,

⑷需求依据实践状况现场采用弯头或现场切割制造桥架,使桥架拼接契合装置要求,并在切割后的桥架侧壁依据需求配钻桥架衔接孔,

⑸桥架制造完成后肃清毛刺、卷边,并按要求停止防腐。

三:桥架装置后,在下面铺上阻燃隔板,阻燃隔板之间经过铆钉与桥架横担衔接,隔板之间涂上磷晴树脂粘接剂。竖向装置的桥架因铺设了阻燃隔板,无法应用桥架横担固定电缆,距离1米在桥架上沿宽度方向钻若干个孔,敷设电缆时可应用这些孔,用尼龙扎带绑扎固定电缆。

(1)程度装置:梯式桥架(没有阻燃隔板)程度装置时,普通采用梯式固定压片, 山东电缆桥架横担上有阻燃隔板,相当于槽式桥架,没有方法装置梯式固定压片,特采用托臂挡板装置,托臂挡板作用避免桥架从托臂上滑落。

(2)竖向装置:梯式桥架竖向装置时,桥架有左右滑动和掉落的趋向,为避免桥架左右滑动和掉落,需对桥架停止限位固定,即把桥架经过连接件结实固定在托臂上.
