1、吊架安装:采用通丝螺杆双杆式吊架安装方式。水平桥架支架采用镀锌通丝螺杆作吊杆,镀锌角钢作横担,支架间距按2m设置,在桥架的转角处要设置支架,支架采用膨胀螺栓在楼板下固定。通丝吊杆要根据桥架的宽度来选择,见下:

2、支、吊架的调整:桥架安装中,对桥架的支、吊架位置误差,应严格控制。电缆桥架支、吊架应安装牢固,横平竖直。支、吊架的固定方式应按要求进行。各支、吊架的同层横担应在同一水平面上,其高低偏差不应大于5mm/m;桥架支、吊架沿桥架走向左右的偏差不应大于10mm/m。
2. Adjustment of supports and hangers: during the installation of the bridge, the position error of the supports and hangers of the bridge shall be strictly controlled. Cable tray supports and hangers shall be installed firmly, horizontally and vertically. The support and hanger shall be fixed as required. The cross-arms of the same layer of all supports and hangers shall be on the same horizontal plane, and the height deviation shall not be greater than 5mm/m; The deviation of the bridge support and hanger along the bridge direction shall not be greater than 10mm/m.
3、桥架与各种管道的小净距:桥架与一般工艺管道平行架设时,间距不应小于400mm;桥架与热力管道平行架设时,其间距当热力管道有保温层时不小于500mm,无保温层时,不应小于1000mm。桥架与一般工艺管道交叉时,净距不应小于300mm,桥架在管道下方安装时,应使用隔热板保护。桥架不宜在热力管道的上方平行安装,当无法避免需在热力管道上方平行安装时,间距不应小于1000mm,其间应采取有效的隔热措施;电缆桥架与热力管道交叉时,当热力管道有保温层时,交叉距离不应小于500mm,无保温层时,交叉距离不应小于1000mm,且有交叉处应用隔热板(例如石棉板)将电缆桥架保护起来,隔热板长度不应小于热力管保温层外径加2000mm。
3. Small clear distance between bridge and various pipes: when the bridge is erected in parallel with general process pipes, the distance shall not be less than 400mm; When the bridge is erected in parallel with the heating pipe, the distance between them shall not be less than 500mm when the heating pipe has an insulating layer, and not less than 1000mm when there is no insulating layer. When the bridge is installed under the pipeline, it shall be protected by thermal insulation board. The bridge should not be installed in parallel above the heating pipe. When it is unavoidable to install in parallel above the heating pipe, the spacing should not be less than 1000mm, and effective thermal insulation measures should be taken between them; When the cable tray crosses with the heating pipe, the crossing distance shall not be less than 500mm when the heating pipe has an insulation layer, and not less than 1000mm when there is no insulation layer. The cable tray shall be protected by the insulation board (such as asbestos board) at the crossing, and the length of the insulation board shall not be less than the outer diameter of the heating pipe insulation layer plus 2000mm.
桥架的保管:桥架暂时不能安装时,其贮存场所宜干燥、有遮盖、有良好的通风环境,应避免酸、碱、盐等腐蚀性物质的侵蚀。在保存场所一定要分类码放,不得摔打,层间应用适当软垫物隔开,避免高压,以防变形和防腐层损坏,影响施工和桥架质量。在有腐蚀的环境,还应有防腐蚀的措施,一经发现有变形和防腐层损坏,应及时处理后再存放。
Storage of bridge: when the bridge cannot be installed temporarily, its storage place should be dry, covered, and well ventilated, and should avoid the erosion of acid, alkali, salt and other corrosive substances. The storage site must be classified and stacked without falling. The layers should be separated by appropriate soft cushions to avoid high pressure, so as to prevent deformation and damage to the anticorrosive coating, which will affect the construction and bridge quality. In a corrosive environment, there should also be anti-corrosion measures. Once deformation and corrosion coating damage are found, they should be handled in time before storage.
