一、电缆桥架型式及品种的选择
1、 Selection of type and variety of cable tray
1、需屏蔽电器干扰的电缆网路或有防护外部(如:有腐蚀液体,易燃粉尘等环境)影响的要求时,应选用(FB)类槽式复合型防腐屏蔽电缆桥架(带盖)。
1. When the cable network needs to be shielded from the interference of electrical appliances or has the requirement to protect the external environment (such as corrosive liquid, flammable dust, etc.), the (FB) groove type composite anti-corrosion shielded cable tray (with cover) shall be selected.
2、强腐蚀性环境应采用(F)类复合环氧树脂防腐阻燃型电缆桥架。托臂、支架也要选用同样材料,提高桥架及附件的使用寿命,电缆桥架。在容易积灰和其它需遮盖的环境或户外场所宜加盖板。
2. Class (f) composite epoxy resin anti-corrosion and flame retardant cable tray shall be used in strong corrosive environment. The same material should be used for bracket and bracket to improve the service life of cable tray and accessories. Cover plate should be added in the environment or outdoor place where dust is easy to accumulate and other places need to be covered.
3、除上述情况外,可根据现场还环境及技术要求选用托盘式、槽式、梯级式、玻璃防腐阻燃电缆桥架或钢质普通型桥架。在容易积灰和其它需遮盖的环境或户外场所宜加盖板。

In addition to the above situations, tray type, trough type, step type, glass anti-corrosion and flame retardant cable tray or steel common type cable tray can be selected according to the site environment and technical requirements. 4、在公共通道或户外跨越道路段,底层梯级的底部宜加垫板或在该段使用托盘 。大跨距跨越公共通道时,可根据用户要求提高桥架的载荷能力或选用行架。
4. In the section of public passage or outdoor crossing road, the bottom of the bottom step should be added with backing plate or pallet should be used in this section. When crossing the public passage with large span, the load capacity of the bridge can be improved or the walking frame can be selected according to the user's requirements.
5、大跨距(>3m)要选用复合型桥架(FB)。

二、规格选择
2、 Specification selection
1、桥架的宽度和高度就按下表选择,并应符合电缆填充率不超过有关标准规范的规定值,动力电缆可取40-50%,控制电缆可取50-70%,另外需预留10-25%的式程发展余量。
1. The width and height of the bridge should be selected according to the following table, and the cable filling rate should not exceed the specified value of relevant standards and specifications. The power cable can take 40-50%, the control cable can take 50-70%, and the type development allowance of 10-25% should be reserved.
2、各种弯通及附件规格应符合工程布置条件并与桥架相配套。

3、支、吊架规格的选择,应按桥架规格、层数、跨距等条件配置。并应满足荷载的要求。
3. The specifications of supports and hangers shall be selected according to the specifications, layers and spans of the bridge. And it should meet the load requirements.

三、支、吊架的配置
3、 Configuration of supports and hangers
1、户内支、吊短跨距一般采取1.5-3m。户外立柱中跨距一般采取6m。
1. The short span of indoor support and hoisting is generally 1.5-3m. The middle span of outdoor column is generally 6m.
2、非直线段的支、吊架配置就遵循以下原则。当桥架宽度<300mm时,应在距非直线段与直线结合处300-600m的直线段侧设置一个支、吊架。当桥架宽度>300mm时,除符合下述条件外,在非直线段中部还应增设一个支、吊架。
2. The support and hanger configuration of non-linear section follows the following principles. When the bridge width is less than 300 mm, a support and hanger shall be set at the side of the straight section 300-600 m away from the joint of the non-linear section and the straight section. When the bridge width is more than 300 mm, in addition to the following conditions, a support and hanger shall be added in the middle of the non-linear section.
3、桥架多层设置时层间中心距为200,250,300,350mm。
3. When the cable tray is set in multiple layers, the center distance between layers is 200250300350mm.
4、桥架直线段每隔50m应予留伸缩缝20-30mm(金属桥架)。
4. Expansion joints of 20-30mm (metal bridge) shall be reserved every 50m in the straight section of the bridge.
四、防火
4、 Fire prevention
要求桥架防火的区段,必须采用钢制或不燃、阻燃材料。我公司生产的BJⅢ系列电缆桥架均为防火桥架。
Steel or non combustible and flame retardant materials must be used in the section where the bridge is required to be fireproof. BJ Ⅲ series cable trays produced by our company are all fireproof ones.
五、接地
5、 Grounding
1、桥架系统应具有可靠的电气连接并接地(只对金属桥架)。
1. The bridge system shall have reliable electrical connection and grounding (only for metal bridge).
2、当允许利用桥架系统构成接地干线回路时应符合下列要求。桥架端部之间连接电阻应不大于0.00033欧姆,接地孔应清除绝缘涂层。在1KV及以下中性点直接接地系统中,受电设备的接地与系统中性线接地相连。装有处动切断供电装轩时,桥架的级长方向金属横截面积应不小于规定值。
2. When the bridge system is allowed to form the grounding trunk circuit, the following requirements shall be met. The connection resistance between bridge ends shall not be greater than 0.00033 ohm, and the insulation coating shall be removed from the grounding hole. In the 1kV and below neutral point direct grounding system, the grounding of the receiving equipment is connected with the neutral line of the system. When installing the dynamic cut-off power supply installation, the metal cross-sectional area in the direction of the bridge length shall not be less than the specified value.
3、沿桥架全长另敷设接地干线时,每段(包括非直线段)桥架应至少有一点与接地干线可靠连接。
3. When another grounding main line is laid along the whole length of the bridge, at least one point of each section (including non-linear section) of the bridge shall be reliably connected with the grounding main line.
4、对于振动场所,在接地部位的连接处应装置弹簧圈。

六、桥架系统设计内容

七、安装
7、 Installation
电缆桥架的安装请参照建筑标准设计研究院所发行的JSJT-121通用建筑标准设计-电气装置标准图集《电缆桥架安装》04D701-3。

八、设计要求

1、桥架系统的路径平面布置图;

3、桥架系统所用防腐材质及所需直通、弯通、支(吊)架等的规格和数量明细表以及必要的说明,连接板及螺丝、防护帽按以上要求由生产厂家配齐。

The specification and quantity list of anti-corrosion materials, straight through, bent through, support (hanger) frame, etc. used in the bridge system, as well as necessary instructions, and the connecting plate, screw and protective cap shall be provided by the manufacturer according to the above requirements.
4、有特殊要求的非标准技术说明或示图。
